Tin — you've built a real brand doing $1–2M a month, and every dollar of it comes from media you rent. That was me too. Then TikTok Shop changed what a creator costs, and now I can get videos from top 1% creators for a dollar apiece and drive up to a billion organic views a day. That's what I want to install in The Grounding Co, and I want to teach you to run it so in six months you don't need me for it.
Six calls, one-on-one, straight into your numbers. Nothing generic.
Flywheel stacking
This is the whole thing. Test for nothing, let the free reach vote, then only pay to scale the stuff that already won.
What killed me for years
I was paying a licensed-content agency 15% of spend plus the content — biggest bill I ever sent them was $1.8 million in one year. And one ad worked. The $1.8M wasn't even the real cost. The real cost was the time, the opportunity, the market.
What we do instead
Ten angles in one week, real people, top 1% creators, as low as a dollar a video. No bots, no AI slop, no 15% cut, no sample bill I can't get back.
The thing nobody does
I took a creator video that did 20 million on TikTok, downloaded it, put it on Instagram — another 11, 12 million. Put it on YouTube, did nothing for a week, then exploded. It's not the same people. It's never the same people.
What we do instead
Winners go everywhere in one click, then the clip farms syndicate the top 10% at a penny CPM, capped per video. Bottom half of creators gets cut in one click and replaced.
The last frontier
We paid Alexis $200 and two boxes of strips. She had 2,000 followers and had never made a dollar on TikTok Shop. She did $50,000 in commissions that month and quit her job. Eighty percent of your creators should be your own customers — that's your tribe.
What we do instead
One email flow that tells your buyers Becky just made $111 posting, and she's a customer too, and you could be next. Run it a year and you've got 50,000 people selling for you. That's the asset when you go to sell the business.
Applied to your catalogue
Sleep, inflammation, recovery, gifting. Every one of them is a different hook — which is exactly why your range is cheap for us to test and expensive for anyone to copy.
Install
Build the engine, validate it under real economics, then transfer or operate it.

Straight with you
Marketing is a shell game because you never know what's going on. So here's the line, plainly.
What happens next
You asked me these on the call
Yeah — and it's your biggest opportunity, not your problem. My customer base is 55+ and rich, and my top creator was 19. Mark is 61, never posted on TikTok in his life, sold 100,000 units of toothpaste in a week — then we took his ad unit to Meta and sold a million. Baby boomers are the fastest growing group on TikTok. They're the generation that joined Mary Kay and Avon and they're retired. They're made for this. And I sold a Medicare business — 65+ only, by law — for $70M running this exact play on Snap and TikTok.
No. I'm coaching you and installing the system, and you're learning it as we go — that's the whole deal. If at some point you want my team executing pieces of it, that's a separate conversation and a separate number. Most people don't need it once the thing is running.
Angles come back in days — that's the point of a dollar a video. Affiliates and creator channels take 60 to 90 days to season, which is why the start date matters so much right now. Anybody promising you a number on a date is selling you something.
Then we fix the funnel first and I'll tell you that on call one. I believe in net fishing, not a fishing pole — we fill the holes in the bucket while we're slamming the algorithm. Recruiting into a leaky funnel is exactly how you burn a second affiliate network the same way you burned the first.
Real numbers, gross margin after COGS and freight included. Whoever owns the P&L on the call. And enough willingness to follow the SOPs that the thing gets a fair shot. I'm right next to you for the rest.

I started at 13 on a computer at the public library in West Phoenix, sold that company before most people finish school, and then bootstrapped SNOW past $100M without a dollar of outside money. Somewhere in the middle of that I had six agency calls a day, 700 employees banging on my door, and I called that a business.
Then TikTok Shop hit and I let go of my entire marketing team except one person, because I knew social commerce was going to take the whole thing. I've never made more money or been calmer. I coach because I love it, and because teaching it is what forced me to make it simple enough to hand somebody else. I don't teach anything I'm not doing myself.
Sixty to ninety days to season. Black Friday doesn't move. Pick a window, send me the message, and my team will be on it this week — they're going to be really excited about this account.
If it's not a fit, I'll tell you that too. The numbers don't lie.
